This has been a very successful track season for the Page Sand Devils. These boys call each other their brothers as they have such a strong bond. We are going to miss the seniors that are going on to bigger and better things next year!

Corbin is not a big fan of school dances, but with this being his senior year, he decided to go to the Prom with a group of his friends including his date, the lovely Kodi. Nicole L. and I made a delicious dinner at one of Michelle's rental houses on the golf course. it made for a nice picture backdrop and the kids seemed to have fun. The dance was at Antelope marina, and the lighting was not the best to see how fantastic they all looked. Prom '17 is in the books.
Easter fell on Theo and Tim's birthday this year. We managed to take a few snaps in our Sunday duds and then we went to Grandma Martins for some birthday/Easter combo fun with the little Martin Cousins.
Track season has begun, and since it is Corbin's senior year, this will be his last season as a Page Sand Devil. This is one of my very favorite pictures of Corbin and Bowen in a relay together. They have become great teammates and even better friends as they have shared a passion for running. It is going to be fun watching them tear up the track together this spring.
Since we have been living a lot closer to the wild desert, I have been concerned about critters getting into the house. We have had a couple of cats to help with this. Unfortunately, we lost Walter and then Marcus. Just after Christmas, our family made a visit to the local pound to take a look at the little guys needing a home. There was an enclosed area in a larger room that contained several kittens. We spent some time watching them, and one little guy was particularly enthusiastic as he tried to climb the walls and get our attention meowing vigorously. We decided to reward the lanky little dude for his tenacity and took him home. After a complicated voting process, we have named him Chubs. He likes to snuggle on your neck and now that he is home, he never meows. Welcome to the family!
